高等级公路沥青路面剪应力分析与应用

摘    要:基于线弹性层状体系理论,采用路面结构有限元法,探讨高等级公路沥青路面剪应力的分布规律、影响因素及其评价方法。通过选取不同路面结构参数,包括各结构层厚度、模量和泊松比等,在不同的点位,利用BISAR程序进行力学计算和分析,提出了沥青路面抗剪强度的确定和评价方法。研究结果表明:在不考虑各结构层材料性能和厚度时,最大剪应力均分布在距路表3 cm深度范围内;影响剪应力的最主要因素是沥青层模量、泊松比和基层模量;对于普通3层沥青层面层结构,上面层和中面层应进行剪应力验算,下面层可根据实际情况确定是否进行验算;验算时,需找到准确的计算点位才能计算出各层内最大剪应力。

Abstract: Based on the linear elastic multi-layer theory, using the pavement finite-element program, the shear stress distribution regularities, influencing factors and evaluation methods were studied. Data were calculated for analyzing using a pavement structure with various combinations of layer thickness, modulus and Poisson ratio, the data include the structural, material information, and shear stress values in different positions. Using the calculated database, the shear stress distribution regularities in different conditions were studied. The determination and evaluation method of AC shear strength was put forward. The results show that the maximum shear stress appears in surface with 3 cm in depth regardless of the material characteristic and thickness in each layer. And the major influencing factors on the shear stress are modulus, Poisson ratio in asphalt layer and modulus in base layer. As to the three asphalt layers pavement structure, it is necessary to check the shear strength in wearing layer and mid-layer, and the precious point must be found to calculate the maximum shear stress in each layer.
