摘    要：提出了一种可以解决汉字任意角度旋转显示问题的快速算法,并讨论了在不同环境下算法的实现技术,为许多该类应用的需要提供了一种解决方案.

Abstract: In this paper,we give an algorithm to solve the problem of rotating Chinese characters on the screen.We also discuss some techniques used when we want to realize the algorithm in different application environments.The algorithm is simple and quick. It is a method we can use on many occasions.
