(NiO+CoO)/活性炭超级电容器电极材料的制备及其性能

摘    要:以表面包覆7% Co(OH)2的球形Ni(OH)2为原料,在450 ℃热分解得到(NiO+CoO)粉末,将其与活性炭(AC)按不同质量比混合均匀,得到超级电容器用(NiO+CoO)/AC复合电极材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)等方法对样品进行物理性能测试,用循环伏安(CV)法研究不同配比的(NiO+CoO)/AC复合电极在6 mol/L KOH电解液中的电化学性能,并对复合电极材料模拟电容器与活性炭模拟电容器进行恒流充放电测试。研究结果表明:在6 mol/L KOH电解液中,当复合材料中的(NiO+CoO)质量分数为6%时,所制备的单电极比电容量最大,为240 F/g,比纯活性炭电极的比电容(约160 F/g)提高50%;复合电极模拟电容器具有较好的可逆性和电化学性能。

Abstract: Nickel oxide and cobalt oxide of active material in supercapacitor were prepared using spherical Ni(OH)2 on which 7% Co(OH)2 was encapsulated as raw materials. Physical properties of the mixture were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-Ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) methods. The electrochemical performance of the (NiO+CoO)/AC (actived carbon) composite electrodes with different contents of (NiO+CoO) was studied in 6 mol/L KOH electrolyte by cyclic voltammograms (CV) and galvanostatic charge /discharge measurement. The results indicate that the capacitance of electrodes increases with the mass fraction of (NiO+CoO) mixture. When the mass fraction of (NiO+CoO) is 6%, the specific capacitance of composite electrode is up to 240 F/g which increases by 50%, compared with pure AC electrode. The composite electrode has a good reversibility and electrochemical property.
