转炉烟道内二次燃烧和传热传质过程的研究

摘 要:采用非预混燃烧模型和离散传播辐射模型,对转炉烟道内的流动、传热传质和燃烧反应进行三维数值模拟,研究炉气转变为烟气的规律和烟道内烟气浓度分布特点。结果表明,烟道内大体可分为3个区域:炉口燃烧区,卷吸的空气在烟罩附近与炉气发生燃烧反应;烟道混合区,燃烧后的烟气与未燃炉气逐渐混合,但仍有较大的成分波动;弯头混合区,烟气进一步混合,烟气成分趋于均匀。为提高烟气取气成分的代表性,取样探头的安装位置应选在烟道弯头后面,从弯头外侧插入0.8 m。
Abstract: In order to study the changes from the furnace gas to flue gas and the characteristics of off-gas concentration distribution in converter flue,three-dimensional numerical simulation for flue flow,heat transfer,mass transfer and combustion reaction was carried out in the converter flue by using non-premixed combustion model and discrete transfer radiation model.The results show that the whole flue can be generally divided into three regions: combustion zone above the furnace mouth,the combustion reaction between furnace gas and absorbed air near the flue skirt takes place;mixed zone in the flue,burned flue gas and unburned furnace gas are gradually mixed;mixed zone in the elbow part of the flue,the off-gas is further mixed and its components are more uniform.Off-gas sampling probes should be installed behind the elbow of the flue,inserted into the flue about 0.8 m from the outside.
