新型铸造铝青铜的润滑摩擦性能

摘    要:对新型高强度、 高耐磨铝青铜合金(代号HSWAB)在润滑条件下的摩擦性能进行了分析。结果表明, HSWAB合金的高耐磨性主要取决于其显微组织,在润滑条件下磨损失效形式主要为磨粒磨损与粘着磨损。 由于HSWAB合金基体强度高,强化相呈弥散分布, 在润滑摩擦过程中形成高强度的骨架和光滑的支撑面, 磨粒细小、 圆整、 数量少; 在润滑及骨架与光滑面的支撑作用下, 粘着磨损不能进一步发展,并且合金在摩擦过程中无氧化与裂纹现象产生。

Abstract: The friction properties and friction mechanism of a new high strength and wear-resistant aluminum bronze named HSWAB alloy were analyzed in detail under lubrication condition. The results show that the high wearability of HSWAB alloy primarily depends on its microstructure. The major wear mechanisms are attrition wear and adhesive wear when HSWAB alloy against 45# steel under lubrication condition. Because HSWAB alloy has high hardness metal matrix and small dispersion strengthening phases, in lubrication friction, the matrix and some strengthening phases become a high-strength skeleton body and smooth bearing plate, another strengthening phase becomes abrasive particles that are small, near-spherical and their number is small. Because of lubrication oil, supporting effect of skeleton body and smooth bearing plate, the adhesive wear can’t further develop. The oxidization phenomenon and crack initiation on wear surface of HSWAB alloy were not found.
