车河选矿厂硫砷综合回收项目的工艺设计与实践

摘 要:车河选矿厂处理大厂矿田铜坑矿产出的低品位锡石多金属硫化矿矿石,主要回收锡、铅锑、锌矿物硫砷矿物一直没有回收,丢弃进入总尾矿小型试验结果表明,采用“浮-磁-重”流程,可从选锌尾矿中成功分离产出硫精矿、砷精矿设计建设了给矿处理能力为21万t/a的硫砷回收车间,设计年产低锡精矿(Sn 5.5%)840 t,硫精矿92400 t,砷精矿22100 t.工程设计投资1060 4万元项目于2009年投入正式生产,经济与社会效益良好。
Abstract: The low-grade cassiterite multiple metallic sulfide ore processed by Chehe dressing plant is produced in Tongkeng mine, Dachang mine field. The Chehe plant mainly recycles tin, lead, antimony and zinc minerals instead of pyrites and arsenic sulfide which is cast away into the total tailings all the time. But bench test indicates that sulfur concentrate and arsenic concentrate can be separated from Zn flotation tailings successfully by the flow sheet of floatation-magnetic separation-gravity concentration. A workshop for pyrites and arsenic sulfide recovery, whose feeding processing capacity is 210 kt/a, is designed and built. Its annual design capacity is 840 t low-grade tin concentrate(Sn 5.5 %), 92400 t sulphur concentrate and 22100 t arsenic concentrate. The investment of engineering design is 10.604 million RMB yuan. The project was formally put into production in 2009,and has achieved favorable economic and social benefit.
