压力传感器线性度的有限元分析

摘 要:为了对衡阳钢管厂轧机的轧制力进行实时监测,设计了一套压力传感器。设计了由轧机的结构和工作条件决定的传感器结构,并对其进行标定(压力范围为0~5.88×105N),得到了传感器弹性元件的线性度,并采用有限元法对其线性度进行分析。利用有限元法不仅可以得到弹性元件应变随压力变化的分布特性,确定最大应力区的位置,还可以通过考虑最大应变及应力集中,确定帖片位置,预测用实验仪器无法测试的压力范围(0~2.45×106N)内应变随应力的变化趋势。对实验结果与有限元分析结果进行比较,并对曲线趋势进行预测,结果表明所设计的压力传感器线性度好,能满足使用要求。
Abstract: In order to on-line monitor rolling force of rolling mill in Heng yang Steel Mill, a set of pressure transducers was designed based on structure and work conditions of the rolling mill. The pressure transducers were calibrated and demarcated, the linearity of elastic cell of the strain transducer is measured and analyzed by using finite element method. Not only can the strain distribution of elastic cell changing with pressure(0~5.88×105N) and the position ofmaximumstress be determined, but also considering the maximum strain and the stress concentration, the position of attaching the strain gauge and the tendency of strain changing with pressure(0~2.45×106N) can be obtained. The comparison of experimental and humerical results and prediction of test curves show that the transducer has a very good linearity and can meet the requirement of work conditions.
