摘    要:在镍冶炼生产过程中,电炉变压器的工作环境与条件均较一般的电力变压器恶劣,常规的集中控制保护不能满足其特殊的可靠性及安全性要求.随着微计算机技术及现场总线技术的发展,对变压器的保护与监控措施已开始改变.变压器微机测控保护与监控系统,以高性能嵌入式微控制器87C196KC-20为核心,应用CAN(控制器局域网络)现场总线技术,实现变压器保护测控装置与监控主机的多主通信,构筑一个全分布式的微机保护测控与监控系统,实现电炉变压器的反时限电流保护、运行参数实时监测与在线故障诊断等功能.

Abstract: In the process of nickel smelting, the working condition for electric furnace transformer is worse than those for general electric power transformer. With the development of microcomputer and field bus technology, it is necessary to design a new type of protecting and monitoring system for electric furnace transformer. This paper describes a micro-processor based protecting and monitoring system for it. The most important part of this system is a micro-controller unit,which uses the embedded microprocessor with high performance 87C196KC-20. This unit not only completes all sorts of the transformer protection and the function of automatic coinciding, it can also communicate with the monitoring host by using the technology of CAN(Controller Area Network). This fully-distributed microcomputer system realizes the functionof protecting, measuring and fault diagnosis for electric furnace transformer.
