摘    要:以市售Fe3O4粉末为原料,经化学处理制得纳米Fe3O4糊状物;向Fe3O4糊状物中加入壳聚糖,制得磁性壳聚糖纳米粒子。用透射电子显微镜观察到Fe3O4粒子呈较规则的球形,粒径为8 ~12 nm,分布均匀;包覆壳聚糖以后,粒子粒径增大到10 ~ 15 nm。经红外光谱检测,壳聚糖已包覆Fe3O4粒子。用紫外-可见光谱仪检测溶液吸光度的变化来研究包覆粒子的磁响应性,研究结果表明:当无外加磁场时,粒子的沉降速率很慢;当施以磁感应强度为8 mT的磁场时,粒子沉降速率快速增大;磁性壳聚糖纳米粒子具有磁性稳定和靶向性强的优点。

Abstract: Magnetites (Fe3O4) powderwas treated by chemical method totransform into nanometersize aqueous slurry. Chitosan and Fe3O4 aqueous slurry were mixed by appropriate proportion, and the magnetic chitosan nanoparticles were produced. The morphology and size of the Fe3O4 and magnetic chitosan nanoparticles were measured by TEM. The results show that Fe3O4 particles and magnetic chitosan nanoparticles are regular sphere with a size rangof 8 ~ 12 nmand 10 ~ 15 nm, respectively. IR results indicate thatthe Fe3O4 parti-cles was coated completely by the chitosan. The absorbance was observed byUV-Vis spectroscope to study the magnetic response properties. In the presence of 8 mTmagnetic field, the speed of subsidence was faster than thatof the absence of magnetic field. It indicates that magnetic chitosan nanoparticles have good magnetic properties and target effect.
