摘 要:<正> In the paper, the authors analyse the rela-tionship between the electrical conductivity σ ofZrO2 and the content of doped stabilizing agent bythe Positron Annihilation Technique, and explain thechange tendency of σ with the content of stabilizingagent. The research shows that "number of effectivevacancy" in material is a decisive factor causingchange of σ.
