Language Features of Contractual English

摘 要：As contract is a written document in which what the parties are concerned and agree is stated, the simplest way to understand the drafting of the contract is, from the author's point of view, to be well acquainted with contractual language. Therefore, this article is intended to give a brief account of the language features of contractual English.
