摘    要:用正交试验方法研究了2024铝合金的分级时效工艺,优选出了一种能获得均匀、弥散分布的沉淀强化相以改善铝合金的常规力学性能的分级时效工艺:100℃,2h+190℃, 2 h。通过将优化的分级时效工艺和冷热循环工艺相结合,可提高2024铝合金的常规力学性能和微塑变抗力。通过TEM观察探讨了分级时效对冷热循环以后2024铝合金性能的影响机制。

Abstract: The step-stage ageing processes of 2024 Al alloy were investigated by means of orthogonal test methods. A better double-stage ageing procedure of100 ℃, 2 h+190℃, 2 h was chosen out of several methods. Following this route, the precipitates disperse homogeneously in the alloy, and the mechanical properties are obviously improved. The mechanical properties and the micro-yield strength of 2024 Alalloy are improved by thermal-cooling cycling treatment following double-stage ageing. The influence mechanism of double-stage ageing on the properties of 2024 Alalloy after thermal-cooling cycling treatment was observed by TEM.
