浅埋隧道岩土体参数正交反演及衬砌工作状态评价

摘    要:基于现场监控量测数据、正交设计理论、有限元理论和钢筋混凝土结构相关理论,提出合理评价隧道衬砌工作状态的新思路。即以拱顶下沉和洞周收敛监测数据为依据,选取典型围岩物理力学参数,设计正交试验方案,采用有限元正交反演分析,得到岩土体计算参数;在此基础上通过有限元正分析,计算隧道衬砌内力,综合确定最危险截面;再根据钢筋混凝土结构理论计算衬砌的设计内力,提出采用衬砌结构安全度来评价隧道衬砌的安全状态,并将其工作状态分为安全、极限和危险3个状态。最后,以马鞍山隧道工程为例,对其衬砌结构的工作状态进行评价,得到其安全度为1.124,基本处于安全可靠状态,可为相关隧道的设计和施工提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

Based on site monitoring measurement data, orthogonal design theory, finite element theory and reinforced concrete structure theory, a new method of working state evaluation of lining was proposed. Firstly, according to the actually measured convergence and subsidence of vault, typical parameters of surrounding rock were selected to design orthogonal test scheme. The parameters of rock and soil were obtained by orthogonal back-analysis of FEM. Secondly, the internal forces of tunnel lining were calculated through FEM and the dangerous section was confirmed synthetically. Then, the designation internal force of lining was calculated based on reinforced concrete structure theory. The degree of safety was defined to evaluate the working state of tunnel lining. Moreover, the state of lining can be divided into security state, limit state and dangerous state. Finally, the working state of lining of Maanshan tunnel was evaluated. The results show that the degree of safety is 1.124, and the lining of Maanshan tunnel is in security state. The proposed new method of working state evaluation of lining can provide experiences and references for the designation and construction of tunnels.
