铲斗振动掘削岩土分析与岩土固有频率的估测方法

摘    要:利用铲斗液压缸的工作压力模拟液压挖掘机铲斗挖掘工作时的阻力情况;对振动掘削与普通掘削的掘削效果进行对比实验研究;以共振理论为出发点,结合实验结果分析岩土共振对振动掘削过程的影响;应用共振理论,通过激振频率对比实验,采集多个频率下铲斗的最大挖掘阻力,利用最小二乘法确定岩土颗粒的固有频率。研究结果表明,振动掘削相对于普通掘削在减小挖掘阻力方面效果显著;当铲斗激振频率与岩土颗粒固有频率接近时,铲斗挖掘阻力最小。

Abstract: Bucket hydraulic cylinder’s working pressure was used to simulate the digging resistance of hydraulic excavator. A contrast experiment research was made between the effect of vibratory excavation and normal excavation. Based on resonance theory and experiment results, the effect of the process of vibratory excavation produced by rock resonance was analysed. The resonance theory and the contrast experiment of inspiring frequency were used to collect maximum digging resistance at different frequencies, least square method was used to obtain the rock’s natural frequency. It indicates that vibratory rock cutting can greatly reduce the digging resistance compared to normal rock cutting, the digging resistance of bucket comes to its least when the bucket’s inspiring frequency is close to the rock’s natural frequency.
