776 nm近红外光激发下NaY(WO4)2:Dy3+, Ho3+上转换发光粒子的光学特性

摘    要:采用水热法制备出NaY(WO4)2: Dy3+, Ho3+上转换荧光材料。通过X线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜、激发光谱以及发射光谱对该材料特性进行表征。研究Dy3+与Ho3+的掺杂比例及退火温度对上转换发光效果的影响, 并确定了最佳反应条件。探讨Dy3+与Ho3+的能量传递过程及上转换发光机制。研究结果表明:通过776 nm 近红外光激发NaY(WO4)2: Dy3+, Ho3+, 观察到Dy3+的480 nm处蓝光发射峰以及577 nm处的黄光发射峰。其中蓝光主要来自于Dy3+4F9/26H15/2跃迁,黄光由Dy3+4F9/26H13/2跃迁产生。

Abstract: Trivalent dysprosium and trivalent holmium ions doped NaY(WO4)2 upconversion luminescence materials were prepared by hydrothermal method.The properties of the resulting materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, excitation spectra and emission spectra.The effects of ratio of concentration of dysprosium and holmium ions and temperature annealed were studied.The optimum reaction conditions for NaY(WO4)2: Dy3+, Ho3+ were obtained. The upconversion mechanisms and the energy transfer between Dy3+ and Ho3+ were discussed. The results show that at 776 nm excitation NaY(WO4)2: Dy3+, Ho3+ can observe the 480 nm blue emission peak and yellow emission peak at 577 nm.The blue emitting light results from the transition of 4F9/26H15/2 of Dy3+, and yellow emitting light from the transition of 4F9/26H13/2 of Dy3+.
