GDTC用作络合掩蔽剂的研究

摘 要:本文研究了谷氨酸N—二硫代甲酸钠(铵)盐(GDTC)的合成、分析化学性能、某些络合物稳定常数的测定及其在络合滴定中的应用。实验指出,该试剂在同有关金属离子所成络合物的水溶性、稳定性及试剂的掩蔽量等方面均优于迄今已提出的同类氨荒酸,可以作为一种新的络合滴定掩蔽剂。
Abstract: The synthesis of sodium (ammonium) glutamate N-dithiocarbamate (GDTC), its analytical chemistry properties, together with the determination of stabi- lity constants of some GDTC complexes and thir applications in complexome- try are presented in this paper. From experiments mentioned above, it is pointed out that the solubility in water, stability of the complexes formed by GDTC with corresponding metal-ions and the masking ability of the agent are all superior to the same type of dithiocarbamic acids available for the time being, hence, GDTC can be used as a new masking agent in complexo- metry.
