考虑蠕变影响的隧道围岩抗力系数计算方法

摘    要:基于Winkler局部变形理论,将高速铁路隧道围岩划分为能够考虑蠕变效应的3个有限环模型。在应力应变全过程曲线的基础上,采用伯格斯(Burgers)蠕变力学模型模拟黏弹性区的蠕变变形,推导考虑围岩蠕变效应的围岩抗力系数公式。为研究红砂岩隧道衬砌设计的围岩抗力特性,以沪昆(上海—昆明)高速铁路特大断面隧道即店塘边隧道红砂岩段为工程依托,分别计算该段围岩有无考虑蠕变效应的抗力系数。研究结果表明:考虑红砂岩的蠕变效应后,围岩抗力系数有所降低;当红砂岩段围岩软弱破碎、出现塑性流动变形时,围岩抗力系数并不为0 MPa/m,围岩仍具有分担荷载的能力。这可对隧道衬砌设计提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the Winkler local deformation theory, the surrounding rock of high-speed railway tunnel was classified into three finite ring models and the creep effect was considered. On the basis of the complete stress strain curve, the Burgers creep mechanical model was used to simulate the creep deformation of viscoelastic area and the resistance coefficient calculation formula were derived in which the effect of creep was considered. To study the characteristics of surrounding rock strength of red sandstone in tunnel lining design,taking Shanghai—Kunming high-speed railway Diantangbian tunnel as a support project, the resistant coefficient of this red sandstone was calculated with or without creep effect. The results show that the resistance coefficient of surrounding rock reduces after considering the creep effect of red sandstone. When there appears weak surrounding rock crushing in the red sandstone and with plastic flow deformation, the resistance coefficient of surrounding rock is not 0 MPa/m and still has the ability of the load of surrounding rock. A certain references can be provided for tunnel lining design.
