采空区激光扫描信息三维可视化集成系统开发关键技术

摘    要:地下金属矿山开采形成的采空区对矿山安全生产构成威胁,三维激光探测技术能精确地获取采空区形态的点云空间信息。以空区激光探测系统(CMS)探测获取的采空区形态点云空间信息数据为基础,借助Visual C++编程工具、OpenGL图形接口和数据库技术,研究实现了采空区激光扫描空间信息三维可视化集成系统关键技术,包括基于格网三角剖分、最大张角三角剖分和切耳朵三角剖分等采空区三维建模的算法、采空区顶板暴露面积和体积计算算法、采空区模型三维可视化及采空区信息管理等。研究结果表明:构建的采空区三维模型能表达采空区真实形态,模型三维可视化可用于分析管理,计算的体积等参数准确。

Abstract: Underground metal mines cavities were serious threats in mines. Useful points’ spatial information about cavity shape could be gotten from 3D laser-scan detection precisely. VC++, OpenGL and database technology were used to study 3D visualized integrated system key technologies based on points’ spatial information of cavity shape gotten from cavity monitoring system (CMS). Research achievement includes cavity 3D modeling algorithm such as grid-based triangulation, largest flare angle triangulation and ear-cut triangulation, algorithm about cavity volume and roof exposed area, cavity 3D model visualization, and cavity information management. The results show that the real shape of cavity can be expressed well by cavity’s 3D model constructed by modeling algorithm, 3D visualization can be used in analysis and management, and volume and other parameters are calculated accurately.
