单区自然通风建筑室内温度计算方法研究

摘    要:基于宏观模型,对单区自然通风建筑热平衡进行分析,引入谐波反应法,并同时考虑室内空气及家具蓄热情况,在室内热源一定以及考虑室内壁面辐射情况下提出新的室内温度求解方法。研究结果表明:由于建筑蓄热作用,自然通风建筑室内温度相对室外温度呈现延迟和衰减特性,而延迟时间以及衰减因子主要与建筑内部蓄热体,建筑外围护结构面积有关,室内平均温度主要与室外平均温度、室内热源和建筑外围护结构热阻有关;在上述模型基础上,如果考虑建筑内壁之间的辐射,可以得到自然通风建筑室内平均温度、延迟时间、衰减因子的计算表达式。对简单自然通风建筑,只有当室内热源辐射换热占较大比例时,才需要利用考虑辐射下的模型进行计算,其他情况下均可忽略辐射。改变内热源对流换热与辐射换热的比例对室内温度波动无影响,而只线性影响室内平均温度。

Abstract:

Based on the macroscopic model and harmonic response method, the heat balance of single zone natural ventilation building was analysed considering the effect of internal thermal mass including indoor air and furniture. The calculating method of indoor temperature was proposed considering radiation heat transfer or not. It can be concluded that the indoor temperature has the characteristics of attenuation and delay comparing to outdoor air temperature. The attenuation and delay characteristics are close related with building internal thermal mass, external wall and so on, and the average temperature of indoor air is close related with outdoor average temperature, internal heat source, and building envelope structure heat resistance. Considering radiation, the attenuation and delay characteristics of indoor temperature can be obtained. When the radiation heat transfer is powerful and the convective heat transfer is weak, the model considering radiation is suitable to a simple natural ventilation building. The ratio of convection and radiation has no effect on the wave of indoor temperature, but has linear effect on the average indoor air temperature.
