摘    要:通过对文献的对比分析,按照实施过程及应用范围,将国际上现有建筑垃圾量化方法分为6类:人均乘数法、现场调研法、单位产量法、材料流分析法、系统建模法和其他特定种类建筑垃圾的量化方法。人均乘数法是应用最早的量化方法,但是与建设活动关联性差,导致量化结果与实际产生量差异较大。现场调研法和单位产量法的应用最为普遍,但需要有充足的人力和时间。材料流分析法主要应用于区域范围内的建筑垃圾算量。系统建模法从系统角度动态地对建筑垃圾进行量化,有利于提高预测的精度。针对建筑垃圾中某种特定的组分,也可以使用其他更具有针对性的方法进行测量。

Abstract:

Through the analysis of recent references, the estimating methodologies on construction can be divided into six categories according to implementation process and application scope, namely per capita production multiplier method, site visit method, generation-rate-per-unit calculation, material flow analysis, system dynamics approach and other specific methodologies for particular materials. Per capita production multiplier is considered to be the earliest methodology, but the quantification result may have a great fluctuation from the actual amount. Site visit method and generation-rate-per-unit calculation are the most common used methodologies, but plenty of human resource and time are needed when implementing these methods. Material flow analysis is competent to quantify the amount of construction and demolition waste from regional level. System dynamics approach conducts the dynamic quantification from the respect of system, it is considered to be a preferable methodology to improve quantification accuracy. Concerning a certain component in construction and demolition waste, other methodologies may also be used for estimation.
