摘    要:研究了Cu-Cr合金及纯铜、纯铬在500~600 ℃,硫分压为10-5Pa时的硫化腐蚀。两种Cu-Cr合金的腐蚀速度均介于两种纯金属之间,并随温度的升高而增大,但在两种Cu-Cr合金的表面均形成了复杂的腐蚀产物膜,外层为Cu2S层,有时不连续甚至剥落,中间层为二元Cu-Cr硫化物CuCrS2,内层为二元Cu-Cr硫化物CuCr2S4和CrS的混合物,有时也包含未被腐蚀的金属铬颗粒。在腐蚀区以下的合金基体中没有铬的贫化现象发生。这种腐蚀膜结构的形成是合金中存在两相的结果。

Abstract: The corrosions of the Cu-Cr alloys and pure Cu and Cr were studied at 500~600℃ in H2H2S mixture with ps=10-5Pa. The corrosion rates of the two Cu-Cr alloys under the same condition were between those of the two pure metals and they were increased with temperature. The complex scales form on the two alloys. It contains an external Cu2S layer, which became discontinuous or even disappeared, an intermediate layer of the double Cu-Cr sulfide CuCrS2 and an innermost layer, which generally consisted of a mixture of the double Cu-Cr sulfide CuCr2S4 with the chromium sulfide CrS and commonly contained unsulfidized chromium metal particles. No chromium depletion is developed in the alloys beneath the corrosion region. The peculiar scales are attributed to the special twophase nature of alloys.
