D290树脂-活性炭吸附电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铬精矿中金铂钯

摘    要:铬精矿试样用过氧化钠熔融,经过D290树脂-活性炭柱分离富集,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定金、铂、钯。富集在pH1.0的条件下进行,6mol/L硫脲-0.1mol/L盐酸溶液洗脱。测定时选择267.595,265.945,229.653nm分别作为金、铂、钯的分析线,对于2μg/mL的Au、Pt、Pd,测定溶液中50倍浓度的Fe、Si、Cr、Al、Mg没有干扰。金的检出限为0.041μg/mL,铂、钯的检出限为0.16μg/mL。用本法测定标准样品中金、铂、钯,相对标准偏差均小于5%(n=6),测定结果与推荐值相符。

Abstract: Au,Pd and Pt were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) after the chromium concentrate sample was melted with Na2O2 while separated and enriched with D290 resin and active carbon. The enrichment was conducted at pH 1.0, and Au, Pt and Pd were eluted with 6 mol/L thiourea-0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. The analytical lines of Au, Pt and Pd were selected as 267.595, 265.945 nm and 229.653 nm, respectively. In determining 2 μg/mL Au, Pt and Pd, 50 times of Fe, Si, Cr, Al and Mg in the test solution had no interference. The detection limit of both Pt and Pd was 0.16 μg/mL and that of Au was 0.041 μg/mL. This method has been applied to the determination of Au, Pt and Pd in certified reference materials with the RSD below 5% (n=6), and the results were in good agreement with those certified values.
