公路隧道消防系统评估模型

摘    要:

基于系统安全分析方法并结合数理统计理论,建立隧道消防安全系统原理框图及评估指标体系,运用多元统计理论中的主成分分析法,构造一种基于统计基础上的综合评估函数,对近年来的典型公路隧道防火安全系统进行合理评估,并针对评估结果构造分级标准。该评估函数能全面地反映隧道消防安全系统状况,以利于及时发现隐患,减少火灾的潜在危险。雪峰山隧道的实例计算表明:隧道消防安全状况等级为2级,安全性较好,但还应注意火灾载荷、消防教育训练等。

Abstract: Based on safety system analysis combined with tunnel fire statistic, the principle block diagram and assessment indexes system of fire fighting safety system in tunnel were built, and synthetic assessment function grounded on statistic by using multi-elements was established. The fire fighting safety systems of typical tunnels were evaluated reasonably, and grade criterion was established by using the results. The function can be well used to evaluate the status of fire fighting safety system in tunnel, so that the fire precautions can be accurately adopted, and the serious potential risk can be avoided. The assessment results of the example in Xuefeng Mountain tunnel indicate that its fire fighting safety grade is two and its security is good, but the fire loads and fire education train also need to be noticed.
