天津节能住宅建筑生命周期碳排放核算

摘    要:温室气体排放而引起的全球变暖问题已经成为国际社会普遍关注的问题,而建筑业的相关活动一直产生大量的温室气体,本研究基于生命周期评价理论(LCA)以中新天津生态城的典型节能住宅为例,通过累计法对该建筑的生命周期碳排放进行了核算,定量得到了该住宅的生命周期碳排放。并根据核算结果,探讨了减少住宅建筑碳排放的途径。

Abstract:

Greenhouse gas (GHG) emission has become a common concern to the international community, and building industry causes large burden on the environment due to the environmental emissions by the production of building materials and running of building system. A quantitative life cycle model for carbon emission accounting was developed based on the life cycle assessment (LCA) theory in this paper. A residential building of the rental project in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city was selected as an example to accounting the total carbon emission during its life time. Finally, according to the results, ways to lessen carbon emission were discussed.
