H13热作模具钢纯净度研究

摘 要:采用中频炉-模铸-电渣重熔-退火工艺路线,生产H13热作模具钢。研究了冶炼过程中T.[O]总含量[H]、[S]含量及大型夹杂物的变化规律。结果表明,采用该工艺生产的H13 T.[O]含量为42×10-6~56×10-6,[H]含量为1.6×10-6~3.0×10-6,[S]含量为0.004%~0.005 5%,大型夹杂物含量为1.1~2.24 mg/10 kg。具体研究了电渣重熔工艺对以上各参数的影响,分析产生差异的原因,并以此为实际生产提供参考。
Abstract: H13 hot working die steel was produced by the processes of induction furnace―ingot casting―ESR―annealing.The evolution of T.、[S] and large-scale nonmetallic inclusion were studied during production process.The results showed that the content of T.[O] was between 42×10-6 and 56×10-6,[H] was between 1.6×10-6 and 3.0×10-6 and [S] between 0.004% and 0.005 5%,the content of large-scale nonmetallic inclusion was between 1.1 mg/10 kg and 2.24 mg/10 kg with this routine.The influence of ESR process on the above parameters was researched in detail,the differences caused by the process variation were analyzed,and therefore it could be as a reference for the actual production.
