摘 要:快速凝固Al-11.5Fe-3.8W-2.3Si-RE的力学性能强烈地受挤压工艺的影响.采用2次挤压和大挤压比,合金的力学性能显著提高,合金的条带状组织得到改善,第2相强化相粒径控制在40~50NM,合金的断裂方式由脆韧混合型断裂转变为韧性断裂.
Abstract: The extrusion strongly affected the mechanical properties of rapidly soldified Al-11.5Fe3. 8W-2. 3Si-RE aluminium alloy. Double-extrusion and high extrusion ratio remarkably increased the alloy's mechanical properties. The alloy's stripes microstructures can be improved and the diameter of the second phase particles are 40~50 nm and the alloy's fracture changes from brittle or mixed fracture to tenalious fracture.
