连铸拉矫机动态等负荷分配控制系统的开发与参数优化

摘 要:针对连铸拉矫机电动机负荷分配不均的实际问题,结合生产现场软硬件配置情况,开发了动态等负荷分配控制系统,经生产实践验证了系统的正确性和有效性。针对部分电动机在负荷分配后性能指标未达到设计要求的实际情况,提出优化变频器的硬件参数,并结合现场实验确定了参数的合理值,使各电动机负荷的稳态误差在±5%范围以内,调节时间小于5 s,满足了设计要求。
Abstract: To solve the unequal load sharing problem with motors in withdrawal straightener of continuous caster,dynamic and equal load sharing control system that fits in with the local hardware configuration was developed,and its effectiveness was proved by the production practice.However the performance of some motors didn’t agree with the design specifications during the operation after the system deployment.Addressing to this problem,the hardware parameters of the 6SE70 inverter are optimized based on practical trials,which makes the performance of the motors enhanced with steady state error of motor load within ±5% and the maximum regulation time under 5s.
