塑性硬化材料亚耦联系统的变分原理及其在塑性加工中的应用

摘    要:为降低金属塑性成形模拟试验的成本和难度,针对塑性加工中最常见的塑性硬化材料,给出了塑性成形模拟中原型与模型的定义,以及位移亚耦联系统和载荷亚耦联系统的定义,并建立了塑性硬化材料位移亚耦联系统和载荷亚耦联系统的变分原理,从而建立了有不同本构方程的两种材料的变形关系,克服了目前只有本构方程相同的两种材料才可以进行塑性变形模拟的理论限制。利用建立的变分原理,分析了铝、钢两种材料镦粗的变形关系。

Abstract: To decrease the cost and difficulty of simulating in plastic deformation, in view of the most common plastic hardening materials, the model and the prototype in the simulating test of plastic deformation, the displacement sub-coupling system of the plastic hardening material as well as load sub-coupling system, were all defined. The principle of potential energy and surplus energy of this displacement as well as the load sub-coupling system were found, then the deformation relation between the materials which have different stress-strain relation was set, overcoming the theoretical limit that the simulating test can only be applied to two kinds of materials with the same stress-strain relation. By means of the principle of potential energy of load sub-coupling system, the compressing forming relation between the aluminum column and steel column are analyzed.
