掺偏高岭土和矿粉蒸养高强砂浆 早期水化特征和孔结构研究

摘    要:针对预应力高强混凝土(PHC)管桩节能生产的需要,研究短期蒸养条件下偏高岭土和矿粉对低水胶比砂浆早期水化性能和孔结构特征的影响。测试掺偏高岭土和矿粉高强砂浆的抗压强度,采用X线衍射(XRD)和热重分析(TGA)研究蒸养水泥石的早期水化物相组成和含量变化,进一步采用MIP法测试蒸养砂浆的孔结构特征。研究结果表明:经短期蒸养后,矿粉对砂浆早期强度、水化性能和孔结构特征影响较小,在空白和单掺矿粉的高强砂浆中存在界面弱区;偏高岭土的掺入则显著提高砂浆1 d抗压强度,加快了砂浆早期水化进程,提高了水化产物中凝胶含量,促进了含铝相水化产物的形成。同时,偏高岭土还细化了砂浆孔径分布,并明显改善了集料与浆体间的结合状态。

Abstract: For the sake of energy saving manufacture of prestressed high strength concrete (PHC) pipe piles, experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of metakaolin and slag on early hydration and pore structure of short term steam-cured mortars with a low water binder ratio. Compressive strength of steam-cured mortars incorporating metakaolin and slag was tested. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravi metric analysis (TGA) were used to study the composition and content of hydration products for steam-cured pastes at early age. Pore structure characteristics of the mortars were studied with MIP. The results show that after short term steam curing, the influence of slag on compressive strength, hydration property and pore structure of the mortars is minuscule. Weak zone exists at the interface between aggregate and paste in control mortar and the mortar blended with slag only. With the incorporation of metakaolin, the mortars compressive strength is increased, while the hydration process is accelerated. Increase in the amount of hydration gel and other products with Al phase is observed in pastes with metakaolin. Additionally, the pore distribution is refined and the bonding between aggregate and paste is significantly improved.
