综合平衡电位-pH系列图的计算机绘制及应用之一——铜-氨-水系电位-pH图

摘 要:本文介绍了一种在考虑水溶液体系物种间综合平衡关系前提下绘制电位-pH图的计算机方法。论述了这种方法的基本原理、计算及绘图步骤并就铜-氨-水系讨论了图的应用。
Abstract: A new type of potential-pH diagram has been developed on such a principle that all species in solution and in solid state have to be in equilibria, as is more appropriate to practical processes. For Cu-NH3-H2O system, the species in solution consist of Cu2+, Cu+, HCuO2-, CuO2- and all kinds of copper-ammonia complex ions, as well as solids of Cu, Cu2O and CuO. According to the phase rule, the number of components is five, with temperature and pressure in constant, the number of degrees of freedom is F = 5 -φ. With various Cutot and NH3tot, different potential-pH diagrams were obtained. When one of them--Cuiot, or NH3tot--being constant, diagrams will be made with a series of iso-content curves. From that, three dimensional diagrams and other types of sectional diagrams can also be derived. All of these diagrams have obvious meaning and can be used to analyze the system to get useful information. Drawing is carried out with computer. Its method is described briefly and the results are discussed. Further applications can be expected in hydrometallurgical practice and in other fields.
