摘    要:

本文采用X-射线透射座滴法在用Ar/S2和H2/H2S混合气体控制硫分压的条件下对Fe-Ni-S系在1200℃下的表面张力和密度进行了研究。对于FeS-Ni3S2准二元系,随xFeS从0增加到0.875,密度值由5.39减小到4.45g/cm3;表面张力由476降低到340dyne/cm,并与xFeS呈对数关系: γ=476-128ln(1+2.17xFeS) (dyne/cm) 根据Guggenheim模型导出了与上式相应的表达式: γ=γA-(kT/α)ln{1+[e(γABα/kT-1]xB} 并由此求出表面分子面积α=16A2; 讨论了温度对表面张力的影响;导出了与Langmuir吸附公式形式相似的FeS表面超量表达式: ΓFeS=2.27×10-9xFeS/(1+2.17xFeS) (mol/cm2 体系中Fe/Ni比不变时,表面张力随硫含量增加而下降。

Abstract:

In atmospheres of Ar/S2 and H2/H2S, the surface tensions and densitiesof the Fe-Ni-S ternary system have been measured at 1473 K using sessiledrop method with X-ray imaging. At constant Fe/Ni ratio, the surface tensionof the system decreases with the increase of sulfur. For the FeS-Ni3S2 quasi-binary system, the density decreases from 5.39 to 4.45 g/cm3 with the incre-ase of xFeS from 0 to 0.875; the surface tension varies with xFes according tologarithmic relationship: r=0.476-0.128 ln (1+2.17xFeS) (N/m)From Guggenheim model, a corresponding function is derived as: r=rA-(kT/α) ln {1+[erA-rBα/KT-1]xB}Based on this function, the calculated molecular area in the surface layer is16 A2; the influence of temperature on surface tension is discussed; the relationbetween the surface excess quantities of FeS and its molar fraction in thebulk, like Langmuir adsorption equation, can be deduced as: ГFeS=(2.27×1010xFeS/1+2.17xFeS) (mol·cm-2)
