碎石和磷石膏联合胶结充填最佳配比及应用

摘    要:针对四川汉源县石沟石膏矿充填骨料来源不足的情况,提出将该矿碎石和附近某磷化企业磷石膏作为充填骨料的联合胶结充填方案。分别分析粒度在10 mm和5 mm以下碎石和磷石膏的物理化学性质,验证碎石和磷石膏作为联合充填骨料的可行性。通过充填配比试验,分析不同配比似膏体浆体的流动性能和充填体强度特性,得出矿山不同区域和不同时期的最佳充填配比。研究结果表明:充填体强度随似膏体浆体质量分数的增加而增加;往粒度在10 mm以下碎石骨料中加入磷石膏,充填体的单轴抗压强度显著提高;在碎石骨料中添加磷石膏可改善浆体的流动性,有利于减少水泥用量,节约成本;塌落度和扩散度可以很好地反映浆体的可泵性;推荐充填配比的浆体输送性能良好,可以实现泵送要求,充填体强度满足该矿无轨机械化生产的要求,充填泄水对环境几乎没有影响。

Abstract: In light of lack of backfill aggregate in ShiGou gypsum mine in Hanyuan County, Sichuan Province, joint cemented backfill with phosphogypsum and crushed rock was put forward. To respectively analyze the physical and chemical property of crushed rock with diameter below 10 mm and 5 mm and phosphogypsum, the feasibility of joint cemented backfill with phosphogypsum and crushed rock was obtained. Based on backfill ratios experiment, paste-like slurry flowing property and backfill body strength property of different ratios were analyzed. Optimal backfill ratio at different places and stages in the mine was obtained. The results show that the backfill body strength increases with the increase of mass concentration of paste-like slurry. Adding phosphogypsum to crushed rock with diameter below 10 mm aggregate can enhance uniaxial compressive strength of backfill body. Adding phosphogypsum to crashed rock aggregate can improve the slurry flowability, decrease the amount of usage of cement, and save the cost. Slump and diffusivity can reflect the slurry pumpability. The recommended backfill ratio slurry transports well and can realize the pumping demand. The backfill body strength can fulfill the demand of trackless mechanization in the mine and the backfill waste water has no impact on environment.
