大型钢铁企业CIMS的关键技术及解决方案

摘    要：结合大型国有长流程钢铁企业CIMS在设计与实施过程中的特点,论述了包括七大功能划分为6级的特有的CIMS体系结构,提出了电子商务接口的解决思路;结合企业流程再造,设计与实施了以成本信息为中心的4级信息集成模型;根据钢铁企业运行设备及自动化控制系统的特点,提出了行之有效的基础数据采集与管理的模式;结合长流程钢铁企业物资多且类型复杂等特点,设计并实施了合理、高效的信息分类与编码体系.实践结果表明:以上关键技术实用性强.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of large-scale steel enterprises with long process flow, the authors discuss the system structure of a particular and applied CIMS which has 7 application functions and 6 layers, and propose the electronic commerce interface and the information integration model. Since there are many kinds of materials in large-scale steel enterprises with long process flow,the authors discuss the important key technology such as original data gathering and information coding. For two years of application in Lianyuan Steel Corporation, the model and the key technology are demonstrated to be practical, effective and efficient in large-scale steel enterprises.
