基于耦合模理论的明暗模腔耦合MDM波导体系中等离子体诱导透明的研究

摘    要:利用耦合模理论和时域有限差分方法从理论与模拟2个方面对明暗模腔耦合MDM波导体系中等离子体诱导透明进行研究。基于耦合模理论推导出腔耦合MDM波导体系透射的理论表达式,然后通过时域有限差分(FDTD)对理论公式进行验证。讨论系统中存在的群色散和慢光效应。研究结果表明:腔之间相互耦合强度、共振失谐量对透明现象有很好的调制作用;相互耦合强度、共振失谐量对慢光效应也可灵活调控,群折射率接近27,使得波长为1 047 nm的光脉冲群速度减小1个数量级。

Abstract: The plasmon induced transparency (PIT) in dark-bright mode MDM waveguide system was investigated theoretically and numerically. A theoretical model based on the coupled-mode theory was derived, which was supported by the finite difference of time domain (FDTD). Finally, the slow-light effect was discussed. The results show that the coupling strength and the resonance detuning play an effective role in adjusting the PIT. The slow-light effect can also be adjusted by the coupling and the detuning, and the group refractive index is near 27, which makes the group velocity of the pulse center at 1 047 nm decrease for an order.
