摘    要：本文提出一种测定垂直温差和风速差计算水准测量折光改正的新方法。如同实验结果表明的那样,这种方法改正折光差的效果可达到95%左右。

Abstract: This paper suggests a new method for calculating the leveling refraction correction bymeans of measuring the vertical temerature differences and wind velocity differences. As theexperimet results show, its effectiveness for correcting the refraction error could reach about95%.
