混杂增强钛基复合材料的微观组织及力学性能

摘    要:采用原位自生的方法制备短纤维和颗粒增强体混杂增强的钛基复合材料,研究钛基复合材料的微观组织及力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:增强体的引入极大地细化钛基复合材料基体的微观组织,这主要是因为增强体在材料凝固以及冷却的过程中可以作为形核质点,提高材料的形核率;相比基体合金,钛基复合材料的室温拉伸强度大大提高,这主要归结于短纤维的承载强化以及颗粒增强体的承载和位错强化作用。

Abstract: Hybrid reinforced titanium matrix composites were synthesized by in situ method, and the microstructure and mechanical properties were researched. The results reveal that with the addition of reinforcements, the matrix microstructure is greatly refined. This is because that TiB and TiC reinforcements can act as nucleation sites during the cooling process of the composites. Compared with the matrix alloy, the tensile strength of titanium matrix composites is enhanced, which is attributed to the strengthening effects of the reinforcements.
