机械零件疲劳寿命计算

摘 要：本文指出,根据有限寿命疲劳强度安全系数法设计出的零件仍然有可能屈服失效。作者建议用寿命计算法和图解估值法代替现有的安全系数法。导出了寿命计算公式和寿命许可变动域。几当计算所得的寿命系数KN值处于该许可变动域内,则可同时满足不疲劳失效和不屈服失效。
Abstract: This paper indicates that the components,which are designed according to the safety factor method of fatigue strength for the finite life,can also be yielded.Author recommends to use the life calculation method and the graphicalestimation instead of the safety factor method.The life calculation expression and the allowable variable range of the life are derived.Whenever the calculated value of life factor KN falls within the allowable variable range,then fatiguefailure and yielding failure don′t occur.
