摘 要:研究用烧结法工业化制备合金粉末。在铁粉颗粒表面均匀地包覆一层Cu膜,Cu/Fe复合粉兼容铜基导热能力高、耐腐蚀和铁基承载能力强两方面优点,可用于生产含油轴承、结构件、摩擦零件。制造时无污染,不产生任何有害物质。由于不带任何酸性杂质,不会造成后续的粉末氧化。
Abstract: The commercial preparation process of alloy powder with sintering process is investigated.The surface of iron is homogeneously coated with copper.The copper steel compound powder is of the advantages of the high heat conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance from copper and high strength from iron.It can be applied to production of the oil-retaining bearing,structural element,friction component.There is no pollution and not any deleterious substance in the production process.The further oxidation of the powder can be prevented because there is no the acidic impurity in the powder.
