翅片管轧制乳液润滑膜厚

摘    要：以乳液流变模型和一般润滑方程为基础,建立了翅片管轧制乳液润滑模型;根据边界和工艺条件,计算了最小和最大膜厚.揭示了用乳液润滑的轧片过程润滑状态,为润滑剂的研制提供了依据.

Abstract: Based on rheology model of emulsions and normal lubricating equation,the lubricating model for fin tube rolling lubricated with emulsions has been found.With the lubricating model the maximun and minimum film thickness related to various boundary and technology conditions has been obtained.According to the results of film thickness,the lubricating state has been brought out.
