不同堆体结构下矿岩散体内溶液渗流规律

摘    要:通过设置分层筑堆方式,再现真实堆内复杂的分层结构,并结合CT技术与COMSOL Multiphysics模拟软件实现对堆内溶液流动轨迹、渗流速度场等细观研究。探究粗-细颗粒层或细-粗颗粒层交界面处流线的近水平方向的滑移现象,证实并讨论堆内层间流。研究结果表明:由于矿石粒径、相邻矿石的位置关系等因素影响,堆内不同位置的溶液流动轨迹、渗流速度场各不相同,溶液流经孔喉处时流速出现骤增,孔喉中心处取得最大值;偏析矿堆内溶液优先流的存在形式主要有2种:大孔道流与层间流,二者是导致堆内溶液不均匀分布的重要诱因。

Abstract: The complicated layered construction inside the real heaps reappeared by layered dumping. The CT technology and COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software were combined to realize the meso study of fluid flow trajectories, flow velocity and so on. At the interfaces between coarse-fine ore interlayers or fine-coarse ore interlayers, the nearly horizontal sliding phenomenon of streamlines was explored, and the interlinear flow inside heaps was discussed. The results show that due to the factors of ore particle, positional relationships among adjacent ores, making solution flow trajectories, seepage velocity fields are not identical in the different location of ore heaps. Furthermore, the flow velocity tends to increase sharply when fluid flows across pore throats, and the maximum is obtained in the central of pore throat. The mode of preferential flow existence inside segregation heaps has two major types: large pore flow and inter-laminar flow, which are the important causes leading to the fluid uneven distribution.
