从锌浸出渣中浮选回收银

摘 要：针对目前湿法炼锌残渣中的银一直不能 很好地回收利用这个问题,本文研究了Na2S、pH、捕收剂及起泡剂的种类和用量对Ag＋沉淀浮选的影响,并在此基础上,改进从锌浸出渣中浮选银的药方, 用Na2S作调整剂,丁基黄药和辅助捕收剂XY混合作捕收剂,RB为起泡剂,成功地回收了锌浸出渣中的银,结果表明,采用改进的药方,可从含银 498.10g/T的锌浸出渣中得到含银4369.73g/T,回收率为79.44%的银精矿,为从锌浸出渣中回收银提供了依据和新药剂制度,用于指导生 产实践,具有十分重要的经济价值.
Abstract: Up to now,the silver from zinc leach residues hasn′t been recovered satisfactorily.In view of this situation,this paper has studied the effects of Na 2S,pH,collectors kinds and dosage on silver ion(Ag +)sulphide-precipitation.Based on this,the flotation prescription of silver from zinc leach residues has been improved.Using sodium sulphide(Na 2S),butylxanthate and subsidiary collector XY,RB as conditioner,combined collectors,forther,respectively,this study has recovered siver from zinc leach residues succesfully.The results indiacate:using the improved flotation prescription,the concentrate containing silver 4 369.73 g/t,recovery 79.44% can be obtained from zinc leach residues containing silver 498.10 g/t.This study has offered basis and new drug rule for recovery of silver from zinc leach residues.It has an important ecnomic value.
