摘 要:对氢在Cr5钢锭退火过程中的扩散建立了数学模型,以matlab软件对该模型进行求解,模型估计与实测值较相吻。该模型可用于指导和优化去氢退火工艺,对减少白点报废率具有一定的意义。
Abstract: A mathematical model on diffusion of hydrogen in the Cr5 ingot during annealing process was established.It was solved though matlab software that the model estimation was in agreement with the experimental data.The model could be used to guide and optimize the dehydrogenation annealing process to reduce the scrap rate of white point in steel.
