WC-Co硬质合金的微观组织与断裂强度

摘    要：结合WC－CO硬质合金生产的质检工作,采用JCXA－733型电子探针显微分析仪和3014型X射线衍射仪,对硬质合金的断口形貌以及孔隙、夹杂物、η相等断裂源进行了观察与研究,确定了降低合金断裂强度的重要结构因素.探讨了WC－CO硬质合金断裂的机理.

Abstract: Cemented carbide,WC-Co,produced in China was investigated systematically by meansof microprobe,JCXA-733,as well as X－ray diffration meter,3014.The fractography, microstructure, cracks, inclusions and η-phase of WC－Co were examined. The relationship between rupture strength and microstructure was also discussed.
