摘 要:本文就挤压温度、挤压速度和挤压比对连续挤压(CONFORM)纯铝管的机械性能和焊合性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:随挤压温度、挤压轮速和挤压比增加,管材机械性能σb和HV1降低,而延伸率δ%升高;制品焊合性变好
Abstract: The effects of the extrusion tomperature, the speed of extrusion wheel and theextrusion ratio on the mechanical properties, and weld property of pure alumimumtubes in continuous extrusion (CONFORM) were studied in the paper. The resultsshow that the mechanical property of aluminum tubes σb and HV1 decreases andδ% increases and weld property of aluminum tubes improves with the increaseof the extrusion temperature, the spesd of extrusion wheel and extrusion ratio.
