摘    要:深海采矿系统的扬矿管线长达数千米,呈现出大位移、小变形的几何非线性特性。采用多刚体离散元方法对长管线系统进行计算分析。首先,从静态分析和动态分析两方面,给出2个典型算例,证明该方法的有效性;然后,将离散元方法用于中国1 km深海采矿系统的动力学分析,讨论不同海流方向下整体系统的联动性能,并与有限元方法进行对比。计算结果表明,对于形状简单的长管线系统,在同等精度下多刚体离散元方法计算速度较有限元法的计算速度提高了近8倍。

Abstract: Deep-ocean mining pipe is up to several thousands meters long and is of geometrical non-linear characteristics of large displacement and small deformation. The multi-rigid-body discrete element method was proposed for the analysis of deep-ocean mining pipe system. Firstly, two examples, which belong to static analysis and dynamic analysis respectively, were given to show the effectiveness of discrete element method. Then the discrete element method was used to perform dynamic analysis of the Chinese 1 km deep-ocean mining system. The dynamic performance of the entire mining system under different current directions was discussed and compared with that from finite element method.The simulation results show that for long pipeline system, compared with finite element method, the computation speed of the present discrete element method is increased by about 8 times under the equivalent precision.
