摘    要:研究和开发国产新型无缝钢管超声波自 动探伤系统是冶金行业的重要课题.GCTX-A超声波探伤系统适用于dia 108~168 mm无缝钢管超声波自动探伤,作者研究和分析了其探伤方法、工艺参数及其结构和功能,并以测试结果和现场试用情况加以论证.其测试和现场试用结果表明:该系统探伤灵敏度高,性能稳定可靠,对进一步研究和开发新型大口径无缝钢管超声波自动探伤系统有重要的理论和实践意义.

Abstract: Research and development of a new ultrasonic automatic testing system for steel seamless tubes is an important subject in metallurgical industry. Model GCTX-A ultrasonic automatic testing system is special equipment for steel seamless tubes with diameter from 108 mm to 168 mm. This paper discusses its method of testing and determination of technical data, describes its structure and function, demonstrates these with its results of experiments and application. The results of experiments and application show that it has high flaw detection sensitivity, stability and reliability. It provides important reference in theory and practice for development and research of ultrasonic automatic testing system for steel seamless tubes with large diameter.
