原子吸收分光光度法方法研究中应注意的问题

摘 要:本文在实验基础上提出了原子吸收分光光度法的方法研究应该注意以下问题:一、仪器最佳工作条件的选择必须考虑基体的影响。文中列举了有无基体存在下选择仪器工作条件的四种情况,表明正确选择有可能提高灵敏度和消除基体干扰。二、为了正确判断干扰的存在,必须注意干扰试验加入物的形式以及试剂空白的正确处理。
Abstract: A discussion on the problems that should be noticed in the study of A. A. S. method for analysis is presented in this paper. On the basis of our experimental work, the following problems should be paid attention to: 1. For the selection of an optimum instrumental condition for the analysis of a certain substance, the matrix effect should be considered at the sametime. Four different situations (in the presence or absence of matrix) were described, and the sensitivity, the elimination of the interfering effect of matrix in each case were discussed and compared. 2. In the case of adding interfering elements or other substances in the study of our method, we noticed that the form and the kind of the compound that is to be added is important. For the judgement of the existence of interference, the correct treatment of the blank must also be noticed.
