1000MPa级含Al TRIP钢制备工艺的研究

摘 要:将C0.41-Mn1.61-Si0.55-Al1.50-P0.040-V0.031-Ti0.12的TRIP钢试样在GLEEBLE3500热模拟试验机上进行热处理试验,分别加热到两相区780、800、820℃等温3min,然后快冷至贝氏体转变区350、400、450℃等温处理6min,冷却至室温。研究不同热处理条件下TRIP钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,在两相区温度800℃等温3min,贝氏体区温度400℃等温处理6min,TRIP钢具有良好的抗拉强度(>980MPa)和延伸率(>18%),其最大强塑积可以达到25782MPa%。
Abstract: A TRIP steel of C0.41-Mn1.61-Si0.55-Al1.50-P0.040-V0.031-Ti0.12 was isothermally treated with the physical simulator GLEEBLE 3500 at 780, 800 and 820 ℃ for 3 min respectively and then isothermally treated at 350, 400, 450 ℃ for 6 min. The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical property were investigated. The results showed that the processes of isothermal treatment at 800 ℃ for 3 min within dual phase and isothermal bainite temperature at 400 ℃ for 6 min could make the specimen get the highest tensile strength(>980 MPa), the highest elongation (>18%) and the maximum product of strength and ductility 24 850 MPa%.
