超弹性材料的研制与应用

摘 要:利用应力诱发弹性马氏体相变的原理,研制出一种新型铜基弹性合金,该材料弹性稳定性好,弹性回复量大,价格便宜。这种材料制作的电器零件,性能均达到和超过技术条件要求,优于原用材料Qsn6.5-0.1。
Abstract: A new type of copper-base alloy with elasticity has been developed by means of the principle of stress that induced martensitic transformation to produce superelasticity. The new material possesses good elasticity and its production cost is low. It is capable of meeting the needs of the techniques so that different parts of electric devices have been made with the material, and its properties have exceeded those of the original material QSn6.5-0.1.
