智能PI算法在啤酒生产液位控制系统中的实现

摘    要:通过对啤酒生产制麦过程的工艺及参数分析,从系统和算法2方面对其中的液位系统进行设计,以期达到较好的控制效果。设计完成的系统采用分级结构,PLC主要实现对现场信号的采集和处理以及对执行元件进行实时控制的功能,利用上位机对PLC进行设置及编程。设计中采用PID控制策略对液位系统控制,并在此基础上采用在线自动调节PI参数的智能PI控制算法,对PID算法进行改进,以适应多变量耦合和更加复杂的系统。实验结果证明了PID控制器的方便性和通用性,智能PI控制算法可以明显地减小超调量和调控过程时间。

Abstract: Through analyzing the processes and different parameter conditions of wheat malting in beer brew, the liquid-level control system was designed from the perspectives of system and algorithm to get good control results. In the hierarchical structure, PLC was responsible for collecting and processing signals from the field and the real-time control of executive components, the computer was a platform to set parameters and program. The liquid-level control system was controlled by PID method, and the improvement of PID control algorithm was realized to adjust multivariable coupled or more complex system. That was intelligent PI control algorithm which can adjust PID parameters on line. The experiment results prove conveniences and universality of PID controller and the intelligent PI control algorithm can significantly reduce the overshoot and control the process time.
